Novotel Paris Gare De Lyon, Paris

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely climate control system for a restful night's sleep on the comfortable queen beds. It could have been a bit bigger for a family, but it was impressively quiet despite its proximity to the street. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the presence of characters and balloon artists during breakfast added a delightful touch.

The hotel overlooks an extremely busy roadway with heavy traffic, and youths gather in front of the hotel until late hours. The rooms resemble the pictures on the website but are affected by the noise from the busy area. The friendly service stands out, offering great attention and amenities like A/C. The location is convenient for transportation but may lack quietness due to the busy surroundings. The facilities are satisfactory, catering to basic needs.

Staying at this hotel near the train station was a delightful surprise. The rooms had all the amenities we needed, and the location next to Gare de Lyon with local restaurants and easy access to major sights made our stay convenient. While the train station surroundings might not be ideal for young kids, the overall experience was great with friendly staff and easy transport options.

The hotel couldn't be better situated right on top of the station, making it really practical and a favorite go-to location in Paris. The rooms, however, were a bit too small for a family of 4. I had a really good stay at the hotel. The rooms were all good, but a bit crowded with the two extra beds needed for our kids. The service was so helpful and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The location was very close to the attractions, but there were some rough and intimidating areas nearby. The dining experience was nice, but the breakfast could get chaotic at times. Facilities were great overall.

The hotel's location is absolutely exceptional, just a stroll across the pedestrian plaza to Gare de Lyon. Although the rooms seemed very hot and sweaty despite having air conditioning and were a bit far from the elevator, they were compact when at full capacity, especially when using a sofa as a queen bed.

The hotel rooms were a bit 'cosy,' yet they had all the amenities needed and were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room felt small when the fold-out beds were made, making it hard to move around even in the Superior room.
